Step 4. We will buy your house quickly and without hassle. You can use your own solicitor or we can arrange one for you. We pay your solicitors fees upto £500 which normally covers the total costs.

Step 5. You chose a completion date to suit you, you are under no pressure to move out quickly, unless you want to. If you are renting back your property you will simply stay on as a tenant at the pre-agreed rent for as long as you want.
