How quickly can you buy my property?
Very quickly if you require a fast sale. We can exchange in 24 hours if necessary (if we have all the required legal paperwork). If you don't need such a quick sale we will complete on a date that suits you.

What will it cost me to sell quickly?
Nothing! We do not charge you for a valuation and we will pay your legal fees (up to £500 which normally covers the total cost). In addition, no estate agent fees will be charged and no HIPs if you sell through us.

Do I have to move out straight away?
No. We could exchange contracts and agree on a flexible move out date that suits you. Alternatively, you could stay in your property as a tenant and simply rent the property from us for as long as you like.

I have mortgage payment arrears and I’m being repossessed – can you stop it?
Yes. We can help even if you have a court hearing tomorrow! Please call us to discuss the possible solutions. As long as you have equity in your property, and whatever we pay can cover the mortgage, charges and arrears then we can help you.

My property is not in great condition - will you still buy it quickly?
Yes. We buy property of any age and any condition.

How much will you offer for my property?
We will give you a fair offer for your property based on its trade price within 24 hours of visiting you. This is normally up to 75% of its market value.

My property is already listed with an estate agent. Can I still sell to you?
Yes. If you give them notice that you no longer need their services. We may exchange then delay the completion of the purchase to ensure that the estate agents terms and conditions are met. You will need to check these details with your estate agency.

I'm still trying to sell at the full market value how can you help me?
We can still make you an offer which you can use as a 'fall back' if you can not sell on the open market in the time required.

Do I have to get a home information pack (HIP)?
No, when you sell to Quick Homebuyers it is classed as a private sale so no HIP is necessary.

Do I have to make a decision on your offer straight away?
No, you are under no obligation to give us a decision straight away.

How quickly to I get my money?
On the day of completion your solicitor will transfer the money to your account. You will receive it on the same day.

I don't have a solicitor?
No problem. We have solicitors that we can recommend to you and we will pay their fees (up to £500 which normally covers the total cost).

Can I use my own solicitor?
Yes you can although we can not make any guarantees about the completion date if you use your own. We will still pay your legal costs (up to £500 which normally covers the total cost) but as we don't know how good they are we can not guarantee they will work as quickly as our recommended solicitors.

Will anybody know about the sale?
No, it is completely confidential. We don't put a sold sign up so nobody will know about your sale.
