How it works
Step 1
Give us details of your property and your requirements via the online form on the right, by email or by phone (08000 112 612).
Step 2
After doing some research we will phone you (normally within 24 hours) and make you an ‘offer in principle’. This offer is normally around 70-80%% of current market value.
Step 3
If you accept our ‘offer in principle’ we will survey your house and make you a formal written offer. The survey and offer are both FREE of charge. W
Step 4
If you accept our offer, we will buy your house quickly and without hassle. You can use your own solicitor or we can arrange one for you. We pay your solicitors fees up to £500 which normally covers the total costs.
Step 5
You chose a completion date to suit you, you are under no pressure to move out quickly, unless you want to.
The whole process can normally be done in less than one month. We can also complete quicker (in days) for those requiring an urgent sale or delay completion for for those who want it.
